I’ve been a Premier member since the beginning, and I highly recommed it to anyone who wants to learn or improve their digital scrapbooking skills. Love, love, love the beautiful kits and quick page albums. And the weekly tips are fun techniques to create quick projects. Two out of three….I’m off to shop. Would love to win PSE10.
