Please help with pin piercing!

I want the really realistic look of straight pin piercing. You know with like the paper bulging out a little with dropshadows done to the pin. There doesn't seem to be a good tut for this can someone help???

I too have been wondering about the realistic look on pin piercing. I cannot seem to locate the exact spot where I can order the October Premier although I have located the spot where I can purchase past WBWT. I hate to think I'm being a ditz.... Please help!
