I am having trouble viewing some of the files I have imported into Photoshop Elements Organizer. I am hoping someone can help.
It doesn’t seem to matter whether I have imported through the watched folders or if I have the organizer “get new photos. As items are imported into the catalog, it appears all is going well, but when the files are to be viewed, all I can see is an hourglass where the preview should be. I know how they are supposed to look because organizer worked fine until about a week ago. Now I can not import anything and view it in the organizer as I used to be able to do. However, if I double click to make the preview screen the largest it can be and then single click on the preview I can see the image.
Anybody know what’s going on here and how to correct the problem? Your help would be greatly appreciated.
