Need advise on upgrading to Adobe Photoshop Element 5.0 from Element 2.0

If I already own P.S.E. 2 can I get a cut in price on 5 and where ?
If I order from the web how hard will it be to reinstall if my computer crashes or can I somehow save the software?

When PSE5 first came out Adobe did offer a slight reduction in price to existing users ... but that finished a while back. I would just look around and see where you can get the best price offer :)

You can backup the downloaded version but I must admit that I prefer to get the disk :)

Keep an eye out at staples.com and amazon.com - you will often see it for $59 or $79. I saw last week Microcenter.com had it for $79.
