I really need help with this photo!!

I am really new to photoshop and I need some advice. I have been in different tutorials and trying different things but it has gotten me no where. On the photo below, I need my skin touched up, clear, airbrushed all that. I may use it as an acting headshot so I need it perfect. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
