creating brushes in PSE 6

Hi - have been trying to create my own brushes in the above but the 'define brush' option is greyed out any suggestions please.

Hi ...

Usually when this happens its because the image is too large ... the maximum size you can turn into a brush is 2500 pixels.

Try reducing the size a little and see if it works then :)
