Another newbie in trouble

Hi, Patsy from Emmaus, Penna.
Recent installation of PSE5 does not allow me to move the "Organizer" Can't get to tags, nor use calendar slider. Can't minimize the page. Editor screen is fine. What did I do wrong?:confused:

Hi Patsy, not sure I understand your question. Are you reinstalling Elements 5.0 or are you initially installing Elements 5.0 and trying to move your Organizer items from a previous version into it?

Did you have a previous version of Elements before installing 5.0?

No previous version. Had to re-install because of computer problems. Now I can't see all of Organizer. Can't tag. Can't minimize screen. Editor works fine

Did you have your antivirus software disabled when you installed?
