Error message

I am trying to reconnect my organizer to my pictures after my EHD crashed. The program will not reconnect some of these pictures. When I try to delete them from the organizer, I get this message:

Adobe Photoshop Elements (5)
[Microsoft][ODBC Microsoft Access Driver] Invalid Argument.

What does this mean? I cannot get the picture and bring it in to PSE organizer as it is gives me the same message.

Any help is appreciated.

Have you done a File->Catalog->Recover first?

Thanks Trish. I am doing that now. But just as I started it I saw this little box that said check for reindex or something like that and that was one of the messages I would get, too. I googled the message I got that I posted earlier and I saw some posts on PET and that took me to Adobe. If this doesn't work, I may have to just redo the whole catalog and if I have to do that, I will restart in PSE 6 since it looks like there could be a problem converting from 5 to 6 anyway. I was just trying to reconnect everything on 5 after reloading it and before I tried to get it into PSE 6.

The "recover" may look like it's hanging at 33% and 66%, but just leave it (like overnight). It usually finishes.

Thanks, Trish. I did the recover. It did not seem to take too long to complete and now I am working on reconnecting again. It is so nice to know there is a place I ask questions and get the answers I need.
