coming to New York!

For some reason i cant log in to the scrappers guide cafe section. iam using my usual name and password but it says incorrect! Anyone got any ideas what Iam doing wrong?
I just wanted to ask if there is anyone from New York out there who could recommend good places to shop for scrappy stuff! as i will be coming over from UK hopefully in March.

Hi Lisa,
You don't need a user name and password to get into the Scrapper's Guide Cafe chat room. As long as you're logged in to your Forum account, you can get in.

Just click on the link and the page will open.

Since the chat room is rarely used, your best bet will be to do as you have done and begin a thread asking for any New York scrappers to respond. Then, you can Private Message them and invite them to chat with you. Just set up a time that's convenient for everyone, and meet in the chat room.

I'm from New York, but CENTRAL New York, about 5 hours away from the big city. Sorry I can't help but I'll bet there are lots of shops there that will carry some really nice stuff. Whenever we travel I try to check out every scrapbooking store to find unique things. We have a really nice shop about 20 minutes away from me but it's pretty expensive. Hi Lisa ...

There are a few different method to send a private message to someone ... an easy way is just to click on their name (the Blue one in the top left hand corner of their message)

You will then see the option to send them a pm :)
