Done layout?

Is there a way in Organizer to show that you've already completed a layout for that picture? I'm doing books for the grandparents for christmas. I've got about 500 pictures from Jan to March alone! As I go through and pick which ones to do for a layout, I'm finding I'm forgettin which ones I already did. The only way I see how to check that is to look at my layouts. Is there a way to place a check mark or something on that picture? or is there a better way that I'm not seeing?

Marci, the way I would do it is to create a new tag catagory. Then your only problem will be remembering to drag the "used in LO" tag over to each picture once you've used it.

I agree with Shar's method. "Used in LO" would be a great tag.

Shar that works like a charm. I went through and added it and now I know! No more guessing. I did think about making a collection, but would still have the same issue unless I deleted it from the collection. This is one step and so much easier!
