Hi Linda,
Make sure your image dimension is no larger than 600 pixels x 600 pixels

Hi Linda ...
Try it this way:
Resize using Save for Web:
Open your image then do File>Save for Web
When the Save for Web dialogue box come up there is a section over on the bottom right hand side where you can change the pixels size (see A) if you tick Constrain Proportions then you only need to change the longest side (to 600) then just click on Apply. Next take a look at the new size (B) ... if it is still too big then use the quality slider (C) until the size is OK (125K or less)
Just click on the link below and you will see the image:

Here is what I do:
1. When page is ready to upload go to menu bar- Click on layer- flatten image. You can no longer edit page when this is done!
2. Go to menu bar and click on Image -Resize- Image size. Change pixels to 72.
3. Go to File - save for web. You will see 2 samples. I use Jpeg. On the right change under New Size change width. I use 500. I think anywhere from 100 to 500 is accepted. Nothing above 500. Lenght will change automatically. Click on the apply button and then OK.
You will be asked to name this file and where you want to save it.
All done. When you are ready to upload, go to where you saved this file to select it for upload. Good Luck.

Hi ...
You can use ups to 600 pixels for the longest side just as long as you keep the final file size to 125K or below :)
