Hello there!
I think I've introduced myself back in March; but I'll add some more. While I'm not new to collecting the stuff for scrapbooking, (stamps, paper, cutters, scissors, etc.) I don't put them to good use. Now, I've started collecting the digital stuff, but still haven't completed a layout. Hope to get discliplined soon!

My question today is how do you add a photo/graphic to your name here in the forum?

Hi cbold,
Click on User CP (control panel) and then click on Edit Avatar. You can ad an image there.

Keep in mind, though, no blinkies allowed.

I had to write a quick line or two when I saw you mention "no blinkies allowed".
Banning blinkies from this forum is just ONE of the things I liked about the Scrapper's Guide web site. I've seen them used (extensively) on other web sites, and I think they are just terribly distracting and plain silly and annoying! One of the things I love about this Forum is that it is always conducted with such professionalism...makes one glad to be a Member!

I have to agree about the "blinkies". The website I frequented before I found Scrapper's Guide had tons,plus the date-line thingies for birthdays,etc. And it was hard to even read the forums with all that going on. We have friends who's daughter has epilepsy and all I could think was that those pages would sent her into a grand mal seizure. I sure like it that the blinkies aren't here!!

Hi ...

Binkies are those flashing things that people put in their signature ... they are so distracting and realy slow down the loading of forum pages.

If you need any more help with your Avatar just let us know and one of us will help :)
