Hello - My name is marylc
I happened upon The Scrapper's Guide yesterday and knew immediately that this forum is one I want to learn more about.

I have been digiscrapping for about a year now. Though, I have learned a lot - I have just scratched the 'tip-of-the-iceberg'. I think I am in the right place to further enhance my skills.

My primary interest is restoring family photos (I use Adobe CS2), and placing them on scrap pages.

I hope you signed up for the free weekly newsletter. Linda gives us some great tips there. I'm also a Premier member, and think it is some of the best money I've spent on this hobby.

Thanks for the warm welcome. I am reading the site rules and trying to find my way around this afternoon. I did manage to upload a couple of pages. Whew! I know it will take a few days to get acclimated to the site and how it works.

I am still trying to find my way around the forums. I have managed to upload a few of my heritage scrap pages. The pages on this site are outstanding! I am so impressed with the quality of work!!

Just looked at your pages, and they are beautiful. Know that you will enjoy it here with Linda Sattgast, she is the best in teaching Photoshop and Elements. I have to give her credit for everything that I have learned.

Hi, Mary!
I'm also from sunny California, and have been struggling with mega computer problems for over a year, so haven't really done much creating until now - problem solved last week! I'm in the process now of scanning very old photos so I will have DVD's to give my family. Will start my first page today. I''m still not familiar with forums, but will see if I can find your work in the gallery.
