PSE 7 issue

I just purchased PSE 7 and think that I will really like it. I do notice that the up and down arrows in the layers pallet on the right side seem to jump around. I used to be able to click once on either the top or bottom arrow and the pallet would only go up or down a little ways. Now it really jumps down many layers at a time. I find this frustrating when I am looking for a certain layer. Has anyone else had this problem? Thanks

I'm not noticing it jumping a whole page, but I am noticing that it *sometimes* will jump about 3 layers. What I did was create a new document and then use the shape tool and just drew a bunch of lines. Then I clicked on the arrows. Sometimes it would move by one layer, and other times about 3. Definitely a subtle bug, and I doubt anyone would really notice. If you're looking for a specific layer, grab the slider and drag slowly if it starts jumping too much.
