Can styles be created in pse 3

I dont know if anyone here has used older versions of elements,but am hoping someone can help. I am hoping to upgrade soon but have been playing with a project that has me a bit stumped..I tinkered and searched the programs help files, googled,bought a tutorial...but have not found the answer...

Can styles be created in pse elements three? or have I just been looking up the wrong tree..thank you so much for any help you can give me regarding my question..Joanne

Hi Joanne ..

Styes can't be created in any version of Elements .. you need Photoshop to do that.

... but Elements can use any premade styles and there are lots of them around on the internet :)
