Straigtening Object

There was a tutorial that Linda did on straigthening on object. For example, I have a highway sign that is not a rectangle due to the angle of the photo. I would like to make it a rectangle but can't remember how to do this. Can anyone help? Thanks.

If you have PSE 6 or 7 (I don't have 5 handy), try Filter->Correct Camera Distortion.
