Restoring PSE 6 Organizer

Ok This blows; We recently reloaded the computer. PSE 6 was reloaded. I had my organizer backed up but not sure i restored it correctly. From the back up i copied and placed it on my hard drive and restored to new location but i noticed from what i can tell all my pictures and pages i have added to organizer are there but my tags and albums are not showing. is there a way to restore that or do i have to start over with creating my albums and tags again? Did i restore it wrong? Is it possible to restore it correctly where the albums show up? Please help. Thanks in advance.

You should have done the Restore from within the Organizer. Is that what you did?

I did do it from the organizer but in the options i restored to new location instead of original location. Not sure where in PSE 6 the organizer is actually kept. Hubby suggested i copy back up and place copy onto D drive before restoring.

Ok, this is really strange, since i posted original question, i just went back into my organizer and all tags and albums are showing up. At least it's back. :)

Glad it is all sorted out. Perhaps you had a different catalog opened or something, or PSE just needed more time to rebuild everything.
