Actions in PSE7

Hi Everyone
Would someone please tell me how to install and use Actions in PSE 7. This is the reason I bought it (I have have 4 5 &6 LOL) . I also have Linda's PSE 7 CD but I cant find it :( Is there a link to a website version of the instructions similar to the How to Install Layer Styles with screen shots that is in the forum? That would be a great help.

Jussie, here's a link (http://www.scrappersguide.com/info_el7.html) to the web page that shows what's new in PSE 7. It looks like the second and third video have some instructions on how to install and use Actions. Hope this helps!
