Torn Paper Look

Could someone please point me to the tutorial that explains how to get the look of torn paper? I purchased all of the Premier Back Issues a while back and I know it's gotta be covered in one of those lessons but I'll be darned if I can find it.

Found it! I have every instruction CD Linda has published. It's on the Elements 5.0 CD, volume 2. Just wish it hadn't taken 3 hours to figure out!
