Custom Shadow Action in PSE 8

Is anyone having luck with this? Is there a new/updated version of Linda's custom shadow action for PSE 8? I am getting weird messages when I run it and it doesn't run completely through.

Hi Lori,
I can't get Linda's custom shadow action to run all the way through either on PSE8. I'm wondering if perhaps she created it in Photoshop rather than PSE. I get some kind of a Command Set missing message, and so does my friend who's been trying to run this action.

I get the same set command error on PSE 8. It runs fine in CS3. Possibly it needs to get tweaked for PSE 8. In CS3, you can see all of the steps it takes. It appears it gets hung up after the Gaussian blur, possibly at the Set Current Brush, to Brush.

As a workaround, I'd continue on and select done and save the file. Go to the editor, click on the custom shadow layer. Then select the smudge tool, soft round brush 300 pixels, then set the master diameter to 700 pixels and smudge your edges where you want. If you're working on a project right now, at least you'll be able to continue on and finish it until the writer of the action can review it and tweak it. Good luck.
