Kit: Boys N Toys by Digital Scrapper Designs

This is not MY husband! LOL! (These are friends of ours.) I borrowed a QuickAlbum page from Jen White, changed it a bit, and added the license plate, which I showed how to make in one of the tutorials I did for the May 2010 Premier.
