The font is Colonna MT and the paper and elements by Joanne Brisbois. From this weeks tip by Jen White, I couldn't find rasterize and I followed the instructions to the best of my ability but will try again later.

Tilly, in PSE you have to choose Simplify instead of Rasterize. Sorry for the typo in PDF Manual. The tip on the website should be correct.
