The photos were originally 35 mm slides and I had prints made in 1998 when I started paper scrapbooking (before scanners and slide attachments were commonplace). I scanned the photos and used techniques from Help for Heritage Photos to 'improve' them. I hate thinking of my childhood photos as heritage photos! I made use of some chevrons, after watching the tutorial. Now I should scan the 200 or so photos which I spent a lot of money getting printed from slides - the lot of a scrapbooker is not an easy one.
