journaling: The Biggest event that took place on May 25th! We flew back to Iowa on May 24th (that’s a whole story in itself!), and on May 25th I went with Patrick and Kryste to the Methodist Hospital in Des Moines, Iowa. Kryste was induced about 8:00 in the morning and at 8:23 pm, the world welcomed COLIN JOSIAH HANES - all 8 pounds 15 ounces of him! Colin two older brothers were ecstatic! We were lucky enough to stay with Kryste and the boys for eleven days. During that time, we attended soccer games from both Ryan and Justin and Ryan’s end-of-the-year potluck at the park. It was so much fun being able to love on a new baby!!
