This was the big day, although getting married in France; Emma came back to New Zealand to repeat the ceremony as a blessing, her mother our daughter was recovering from a cancer operation and was unable to attend the French wedding so we were all very excited at the chance of watching the young couple repeat their vows, all the family had helped with the catering and her very talented sister had created the flowers and helped arrange the venue in their back garden, Emma had requested a Maori theme hence the flax roses in her bouquet.
