how to edit signature?

I was just wondering how I can add a link to my signature here. I read the very helpful tutorials but for whatever reason my signature edit window doesn't have the option bar around it. I might be missing something

If you want to link to your Scrapper's Guide Gallery, you're welcome to do that. But we don't allow links to other sites in signatures.
