smart object

I am way back in March trying to do the Fashion Parade. Right now I am hung up on a 'smart object' I am ready to hit the backspace key to get rid of all the extra area around my 'object' and now the pop-up message is telling me that my 'smart object' is not editable. Where do I go from here. 2slow

Not sure... If you drag "up" from the project bin, PSE creates the smart object. You need to either go to Cascade or Tile mode and use the Move tool to drag the item from one document to the other; or select your object, press ctrl-C to copy, and then go to your layout and ctrl-V to paste.
