I am just learning to digital scrapbook. I'm having some dificulty with changing my background paper size. I would like to do some 8 1/2 x 11 pages from 12 x 12 papers. I am using Adobe Photoshop Elements on a PC.
Thanks,
Connie

I watched Linda's video. Do I resize the paper before adding, do I use the transform tool and cut out the 8 1/2 x 11 size that I need, or do I group the layers with previous?
Thanks,
Connie

I mostly create 8.5x11 LOs. I open a new document 8.5x11. Then I open the BG paper I want. Drag the paper onto your 8.5.11 LO, then press Shift before you let go of your mouse. Now, press Ctrl+T, then Ctrl+0 to see all the paper. Now drag the handles to resize to fit the 8.5x11 LO.
