I bought mine at Costco and a training CD from Scrapper's Guide was included!! It doesn't get any better than that!

You might try googling "Adobe discount codes." I did that a while back and found a code that allowed me to download PSE 7 directly from Adobe for $59.

Staples has it on sale this week for $79.99. If you are updating and do the rebate, you can get the cost down to $59.99. If you don't have a Staples, I think it qualifies for free shipping at Staple.com
