April video files

I have downloaded the April videos three times (for elements) , but the file is only 8KB, and will not unzip. The message says it is an invalid file when I try to unzip it.

The videos look very interesting and want to use them.

You may need to try another browser. First, go into your browser options and clear your history (it might be called cache). Then, click on the link for the smaller download files. It may be that your Internet service provider is timing out because the files are rather large.

Let us know what operating system and browser you are using so we can give you more specific help for your situaltion.

Thanks for the tips, it still did not work, but I was able to download the video files to a different computer.

Who knows what is going on, all the other April files downloaded just fine. I had not tried to unzip the video files until I saw some nice pages in the gallery using the sun rays.

Glad you were able to use the other computer. My other thought was maybe you are running out of disk space on your computer.

Also, it's helpful if you have a bad download like that to delete the old zip file and reboot. Sometimes, it can get stuck and an overwrite won't work, and you're still getting the old file there. But glad you were able to get it downloaded.
