Default My book printed with My Publisher

I finished a book using My Publisher. I haven't received the physical book yet, but so far I've been really pleased with the whole process. (I've done books with them before so I'm assuming the physical book will be fine.) They were easy to use and I was able to do my own layouts which is different than what I've done before. They run specials regularly. I had my book done awhile before I ordered it as I waited for a special that fit my budget.
I'm posting the link here in case anyone wants to consider using them. This is a book I did for the photo project that I participated in last year.

I have a free coupon for My Publisher. How did you upload your own pages? Do you need to leave room on the sides. I have never done my own pages just used the available ones on London Drugs site. I want to do my own pages this time.

Thanks, Loretta! I've been having problems using Shutterfly. I cannot preview or adjust cropping of photos. I've submitted the issue, and it has now escalated to the Engineer level, but it's been several days. Anyway, I may be looking for another site to print photos and photo books.

I uploaded my finished pages as photos and then chose 1 full bleed photo per page (no text). Then I inserted each page as a photo. I called My Publisher and after talking to someone they actually emailed me the exact dimensions to allow for bleed. Worked absolutely perfectly and they are great to work with. I would call them if I were you and discuss your project with them.

And thanks to all the nice comments about my book. I was very pleased with the finished product.

Oh Loretta, that is such an awesome book. I'm sure you are so proud that you completed the project and being selected in the top 10 three times is a wonderful bonus. Congratulations on a job well done!

Loretta, do you ever use MyPublisher's downloadable software? I've used it for 3-4 years and I've never had a bad print job from them using their layout program. I've just ordered my 7th book from them but this time I bought their new "lay flat" pages. I'm hoping it turns out as well as AdoramaPix's lay flats.
