Hi Could someone please help me, I have opened my photoshop elements today and my cursor has turned into three little pointing hands with stripes on! Have I clicked on something I shouldn't have??
Any help would be very much appreciated. I have Elements 9 and Windows 7.

My first suggestion would be to reset the tool.
