Is anyone else having a problem printing the PDF Newsletter portion of this months edition for Elements? I have downloaded everything else and printed manuals that are in the video folders.
When I try to print the Newsletter the computer goes to unable to access website?![]()

If you save the newsletter to your computer - you should just be able to save from there. If you're able to read it, save it for yourself, and then print it.

Am not able to download it to the computer to read, when I try, I get cut off and computer reads unable to access website. I went to my husband's computer and was finally able to download and print the newsletter. Not sure why my computer is blocking only that portion. Was able to download everything else, and also the June My Store files on my computer. Thanks for suggestion.

Next time..try a different browser or make sure that whatever program you use to read .pdf's is completely updated.

It could be your temp folder is full, but windows doesn't tell us, just obscure things happen. I don't have a Windows XP box any more, but I think if you go to the start menu under Accessories or Systm, there should be a Disk Cleanup option. Click on that and clean out your temp folder and history cache.

I can not save it either and have never had that problem before. I can read it, but not save it.
I use Photoshop CS5 on a Mac.
