06.19.12 DS News | What's your plan for keeping up?

I seriously scrap whatever my current event is. We just got back from 3 days with our 13-year-old grandson in Long Beach, WA. I am making him a "Badge Album." I don't know how else to describe it. I use the clear plastic badge-holders, and print up a selection of photos of our time together in 3x4" format, and stick them in the badge holders, then use a ring to "bind" them together. It's strictly photos...no enhancement at all. But once I get that done for him, I will make pages of the event for me...the usual use of elements. When a current event is finished, I go to my scanned stash of photos from childhood through pre-digital, and do pages as I'm inclined. I have a month before the next big event (trip to Pittsburgh), so no excuses!

Hi ..wished I was so organized as some of you ladies here...I am so involved with family and grandchildren at the moment that time is just flying for me ..I'm just back from spending time with a new grandchild who lives on the other side of Australia and also visiting my other two grandchildren a few hours away every fortnight for a few days really bites into my time (not complaining ..love it)....so much I want to do as far as creating memories...so I'l have to do a schedule I think to prompt me...I have done a few photo books recently and some almost ready so I have been busy in that area....but my classes ..well I've got to get moving on that area....need some pushing harder I guess....life just gets busier as I get older....now thats so rewarding!!!
