Exclamation If you're having trouble viewing 20 Terrific Type tutorials - try this...

With the huge interest in the new tutorials, and all the traffic it is generating, there are some issues of folks not being able to view a tutorial at all, or only being able to view part of it.

Here are a few suggestions for you to view them:

    1. Try a different browser.
It's handy to have a secondary browser loaded onto your system anyway, as some websites work better in one browser over another.

    2. Clear your computer's internet cache.
Google Clear Cache in __________ (insert your browser name here), and you'll run into a simple tutorial on how to clear the cache in your browser).

    3. Clear the temporary files in your computer.
Clean up "temporary files" using Start->All Programs->System Tools->Disk Cleanup and then choose Temporary Internet Files.

If you're still having trouble, please contact forum@digitalscrapper.com

    Darcy,
Will the links to the 20 Terrific Type videos always be available to us? I don't see any way to find them once I'm logged in. Or is there a way to download them?

They are currently available only through the links in your email, but will remain there, so you'll have access to them that way.

Aren't the links also in the downloaded pdf file, and won't that work if they will always be available?

Yes, that is correct, Dorrie. The link to each video is in the pdf manual, so if you hang on to those, you will always be able to access the videos from those links.

Thanks, Linda and Darcy. I was looking on the web rather than in the pdf manuals but I also saved my emails. As always, thanks for the great ideas and clear instructions to both you, Linda, and Jen.

You're welcome Mary Sue. And Leslie, you should be getting an email every day for 20 days. Check with mary@digitalscrapper.com if you're still having trouble.
