Joanne, if I do what you are saying I get different goodies pages, not the one I'm referring to above (DSNews). There seems to be more areas for Goodies.

Same with me, Joanne. Click on the link Dorrie provides earlier in this thread. That's where we are trying to find how to get to from a menu option.

    Hi Lana

I'm not quite sure why a few people have had trouble with the schoolhouse template link. So sorry about that. We are definitely looking into it. It might be helpful if those of you with problems can post the name of your default browser as well as your email program (i.e. Outlook, Mac Mail, Gmail, etc.)

As you mentioned, this newsletter goodie page is currently not accessible from the menus at the top of each page. We like to think of it as a special treat to our loyal newsletter subscribers. :-) We hope you enjoy the freebies!

    Happy digi-scrapping!

Sharon, currently, the browser I'm using is Google Chrome, receive DS email through Gmail which is downloaded to Outlook. This is the first time for me the email links from DS have not been active. Thank you for looking in to this.

Thanks for the info, Lana. Hmmm... it seems like those who are having problems all seem to be using Outlook. Would it be possible for you to go to your Gmail on the web and open the newsletter directly from there? I'm curious to see if you would still have a missing template link. I use Gmail and had no problem clicking on the image.

    Thank you for your help!

Well thanks a lot for the link. I sure didn't realize the difference. Sure glad I saw this forum thread. Got the link in my favorites now so I can get back to it.

Sharon, when I go directly to Gmail, the link "Go to Download Page" IS active. So, it was from Outlook that the link was not active.

Thanks for checking that, Lana! Looks like we're closer to solving the mystery, now that we know that Outlook is the culprit.

Yes! The question is, "Why did this happen in just this particular email?" This is the first time it's happened for me.
