Ooooooooooooh, Lynn and Wendy. Pretties, pretties. I love these. I need to go back and replay with some of mine to try some of the other gradient tools. Being so new, I followed the directions to the tee!

Sissy, I followed the directions initialially but I rarely end that way. I always like to use that as a starting point to play with new ideas and see where I can go with it. It's my nature. One day I was playing around with filters and blend modes and came up with something that I really liked. Thought I wrote down what I did and wanted to try it with different colors etc and couldn't recreate it.

Wendy, I love those. I also played around with the other gradients, as well as other blend modes and layers. The last one is a little much for me (if I look at it long enough I'll think the monitor is spinning) but I love the other two, especially the second one.

Thanks so much for the help. I was changing the blend mode in the layers palette so no wonder it wasn't working for me!!

Those are just fantastic Wendy and Lynn. I guess I need to go play more too.

Having entirely too much fun here!!! How extraordinary these are. Each one so unique. TONS and TONS of possibilities you are thinking up with difference blending. COOL!

Moondancer, this isn't too advanced. Just follow the directions step-by-step and you can do it!! If there's a step you don't understand, just let us know. There's always someone around who can help you.

So don't be shy; go ahead--give it a try!
