Title Tip #3: Fancy Letter Title + Summer Harvest is 50% off
July 5, 2022 | Digital Scrapper News | Volume 20, Issue 27
Hi there!
If you were out celebrating summer this last weekend, I have a fun tip that will be just perfect for telling the story.
Here’s Title Tip #3: Fancy-Letter Title
Replace one letter of your title with a fancy letter.
Tips for creating a title like this:
- Choose one san serif font and one script font. Font duos are especially nice for this technique.
- Choose one interesting letter in your title and replace it with an alternate font. Generally, this would be the first letter of a word.
- Use the Space bar to create space in your title for the alternate letter.
- Use the same color for both fonts, or make the alternate font a different color.
- If the alternate letter is chunky enough, try popping it out with a drop shadow.
I cannot wait to see what titles you create this week!
Love and creative success,
Jen White

P.P.S. The fonts for “I love your smile” are Lovely Valentine Sans and Lovely Valentine Script. The fonts for “Thank You” are Amastery Hand and Amastery Script. The papers are from Storyteller February 2021 by Just Jaimie.
