🧡 Do you know how to reset your tool?

Hi there!

You can try clicking just a little bit harder. You can try fretting over it just a little bit longer. You can even try swearing at it. 

But, it probably won’t help.

Sometimes the best thing you can do for a tool that will not behave is to just reset it.

How To Reset Your Tool

It seems simple, but most people don’t even think to do it. If a tool is not behaving like it should, the first thing you should try is resetting it. Here’s how.

  • Get a tool, like the Horizontal Type tool (most common to go wonky).
  • In the Tool Options, click on the three dots and choose Reset Tool.

Something so helpful and easy should not be so hidden. But now you know where to find it.
