Where do you get the waxy crayon brush?

The brush is available in Adobe Photoshop and Photoshop Elements. The instruction manual (included in the download) has details for finding the brush in either program.

I am using PS CC 2018 but do not seem to have Legacy brushes, do you have any ideas?

Hi Norah. We only support the latest version of PS. I ‘think’ Legacy Brushes were introduced in PS CC 2019. You should be able to skip the Legacy part and look in the Dry Media Brushes.
