March Layout of the Month

It’s time to reveal our fabulous digital scrapbooking March Layout of the Month!

There is so much talent here — it’s hard to choose just one winner! I managed somehow, though. This wonderful page really utilized a technique taught in one of this month’s Premier Photoshop video tutorials. Isn’t it lovely?
