Repurpose A Patterned Paper – FREE Qwik Tutorial

May 14, 2019 | Digital Scrapper News | Volume 17, Issue 20

Hi there!

When it comes to cake, do you prefer the edges or the center?

For myself, I will always prefer the center. It’s moist, soft, and has just the right amount of frosting.

Why are we talking about cake? Because I like to have my cake and eat it, too. Especially when it comes to background papers.

This week, I have a new tutorial for you that shows you how to take a pattern from one paper, and use it to make a grungy border that can be added to any solid background paper. Using this technique allows me to have a solid paper that has a touch of pattern.

I love that the power of digital gives us the ability to use both a pattern and a solid all at once! Check out my version of digital cake below where you’ll find the link to the tutorial.

Love and creative success,
