Recipe Challenge

Recipe Challenge
by Jenifer Juris
If you enjoy following a ‘recipe’ when creating a scrapbook page, you’ll enjoy our newest FUN challenge.
CT Member Lori is the sponsor this month’s challenge. She says, “I love to participate in challenges when I’m stuck in a scrapping rut and not feeling the mojo. My recipe includes journaling and a date because I often see those missing on pages. I think it’s so important to record not just the photos, but the stories that go with them.”
Here is what you need to know to participate.
Entering the Challenge:
Create a scrapbook page or other digital project following Lori’s recipe:
- 1 Title or word art
- 2 or more photos
- 3 or more papers—at least 1 patterned
- 4 different elements (like flowers, buttons, or string)
- scatter or paint
- journaling
- a date
Note: Your page must include the items listed in Lori’s recipe to qualify. Feel free to add more, but your entry must include the items listed above.
- Post your project to the Recipe Challenge Gallery. See the inspiration pages below.
- Don’t forget to add credits for the photo(s), supplies, and font(s) used.
- While you are there, leave some love and encouragement for other entries.
- All entries must be received by Saturday, April 30, 2016, 10 PM Eastern.
Congratulating the Winner:
- One standout page from the Challenge Gallery will be chosen by CT Member Lori on May 1, 2016.
- The winner will be announced in the Digital Scrapper News, on our Facebook fan page, and on our Google+ page.
Note: All challenge layouts will be moved into their respective Member Galleries after the challenge has ended.
