Thanks so much for addressing this issue. I use so many different shapes and brushes and I think it is good to “clean up” yor tools every once in a while. Great reminder!
G’day,
Could you let me know why the video for elements doesn’t come up? I’ve tried it a few times with no success.
Thanks heaps,
Jo
Hi Jo—the video is playing fine on my computer. Are you having trouble with other videos on our site or just this one? Here are some ideas:
• Please make sure you have the latest version of QuickTime installed on your computer. You can download QuickTime from the Apple website at:
http://www.apple.com/quicktime/download/win.html
• Make sure you have the latest version of Flash installed on your computer.
You can download Flash at Adobe.com.
• Try accessing the videos through a different browser.
Sometimes a browser will have an upgrade that messes up the ability to watch videos, so try another browser.
If you’ve followed the instructions above, and are still experiencing an issue with the videos, please let us know by writing to info@DigitalScrapper.com.
While I jump around so much, I doubt I would ever do this, you also added some general tips that are very helpful! I thank you, ma’m!
