Use Swift & Savvy Layer Styles to Give Your Word Art a Layered Look

Hi there!

Do you like to break the rules? Or do you prefer to follow the rules?

My personality flourishes when I know what the rules are so that I can follow them to the best of my ability. I am not and doubt I will ever be a rule-breaker or at least, a rule-breaker on purpose.

But when I first started digital scrapbooking, I didn’t know there were “rules” about how to do it. I didn’t understand listing credits, good design, or what a drop shadow even was. I broke all of the design rules (and didn’t know it) when I first started, including adding drop shadows and bevels to type layers.

Fast forward to today: I’m going to help you break the rules in all the right ways. My latest tutorial teaches you how to create layered word art with the help of layer styles. I’m going to show you how you can use layer styles the correct way to add dimension and realism to your next digital project. I’ll see you on the blog!

Love and creative success,
