Create a paper banner using the Rectangular Marquee tool and a pretty paper without adding bulk to the file size of your finished page.

 

For this tutorial you will need:

  • The paper-dst-paper-banner.jpg from the download or a paper from your stash
  • Photoshop Elements or Adobe Photoshop

    This is great, Carla. I never knew how to cut pieces from an element – using the transform selection and setting the angle to create the banner is awesome. Your layout is adorable, too. Thank you!
