This set of Torn Paper Shapes Templates were created from actual torn paper which makes it easy to create unique and realistic art, collage, and so much more! Use with artwork, photos, backgrounds, digital papers, textures, patterns and more!
What’s Included in the In Torn Paper Shapes Templates set:
– 24 Layered PSD files. Each shape has a base and a mask shape, plus most have multiple texture and/or color variations.
– 83 PNG (Textured) files
– 48 solid shape brushes in a .abr file
– 48 Solid shape PNG files
– 25 Paper, Texture, and Shadow Layer Style set for Photoshop and PSE in a .asl file. This style set works perfectly with the solid PNG shapes to add paper and the torn texture plus drop shadows.
– Users Guide with a fun Kite Tutorial!
The Torn Shapes feature two parts:
– The Base: which is the layer that has the ‘torn’ paper edges.
– The Mask: this is the paper/photo area of the shape. Perfect for adding color, clipping photos, textures, backgrounds, artwork, and more! (All shape masks and/or base shapes can be used alone as well.) Many of the designs have multiple texture versions.
*The textured files are the original texture of the actual shapes that were scanned. If you want the texture to show through something you clip to the layer, play with the Blend Modes until you are happy with the results.
The Torn Paper, Texture & Shadow Layer Style set includes three types of styles:
– Paper: These styles can be used on the solid shapes (or any shapes, letters, etc.) to mimic the look of paper.
– Texture: These styles can be used with the solid shapes or any element, letter, etc. to create a realistic torn paper look.
– Shadows: These subtle shadows are perfect to add a realistic shallow drop shadow to the mask and base layers of your torn shape.
